the practice,
the people and
the thinking behind it

International executive assignments carry enormous financial and organisational stakes. Multinationals invest in legal compliance. They invest in relocation. But between the moment the executive arrives and the moment they are operationally effective — there is a gap.
That gap is not managed by contracts. It is not managed by logistics. It is managed — when it is managed at all — by chance, goodwill, and the resilience of the executive and their family.
LandingPad exists to close that gap. Deliberately. With structure. With intelligence. With a clear methodology and defined outcomes.
the people

Márta Farkas
Marta Farkas is an organisational psychologist, change agent, and the architect of LandingPad's Executive Integration Intelligence framework.
Her work spans multinational leadership teams, organisational transformation, and cross-cultural performance alignment. She brings direct experience of what it means to build authority in unfamiliar systems — and why the family dimension is never secondary to the professional one.
LandingPad is built on her conviction that executive integration is a discipline — not a soft add-on — and that it deserves the same rigour and structured methodology as any other high-stakes advisory practice.
Our position
LandingPad is not positioned against legal advisors, relocation providers, or executive coaches. We are positioned alongside them — as the layer that protects what their work enables.
We work with Corporate HR, global mobility leads, and the executive sponsors of high-stakes international assignments. Our buyer is the organisation. Our client is the team, the executive — and the family that moves with them.
