Timeline: 3–4 weeks before executive arrival
A diagnostic conducted before the executive arrives. We review the organisational context, the assignment brief, and the family situation — and deliver a written Transition Risk Map to HR and the incoming executive.
Identifies friction points across all three systems before they become costly.
Can be delivered standalone, or as the opening phase of a Tier 2 or Tier 3 engagement.

Sold to Corporate HR. Delivered in close coordination with the HR sponsor.

Delivers sustainable autonomy, deepened family integration, and dual-stakeholder visibility back to HQ. Closes with a comprehensive integration summary written for both the executive and the global sponsor.
