These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of www.expatlandingpad.com and any services provided by LandingPad ("LandingPad", "we", "us") to individuals and organizations relocating to or settling in Hungary ("Client", "you"). By using this site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. About LandingPad

2. Our services
LandingPad provides guidance and coordination support for professionals and their families relocating to Hungary, which may include housing search support, administrative and integration guidance, partner referrals (e.g. real estate, legal, tax, schooling), and related advisory services. The exact scope of services is agreed with each Client individually, typically confirmed by email or a signed proposal, before work begins.
3. Fees and payment
Fees, payment structure, and invoicing terms (e.g. deposit, package fee, or milestone-based payment) will be confirmed in writing with each Client before an engagement starts. 4. Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information and documentation needed for us to perform our services, and to comply with all applicable Hungarian laws and immigration requirements. Delays or issues caused by inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the Client are not the responsibility of LandingPad.
5. No guarantee of outcome
LandingPad provides advisory and coordination services. Because relocation outcomes (such as visa approvals, housing agreements, or school admissions) depend on decisions made by third parties, government authorities, landlords, or institutions, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or timelines. We commit to acting diligently and in good faith on your behalf.
6. Third-party partners
We may refer or introduce you to third-party partners (e.g. real estate agents, legal or tax advisors, moving companies). These partners operate independently, and any agreement or transaction you enter with them is between you and that partner. LandingPad is not liable for the acts, omissions, fees, or service quality of third parties.
7. Confidentiality
We treat information you share with us as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except as needed to deliver the agreed services, with your consent, or as required by law.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this website (text, design, logos, and materials) is the property of LandingPad unless otherwise stated, and may not be reproduced without permission.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Hungarian law, LandingPad's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid by the Client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Termination
Either party may end an engagement in accordance with the terms agreed at the start of that engagement, or with reasonable written notice where no specific term was agreed. See our Refund Policy for details on fees already paid.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Budapest, Hungary.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your engagement applies. Material changes affecting an ongoing engagement will be communicated directly to affected Clients.
